Matt: After sixteen successful years as a Harley Davidson certified mechanic, Matt has struck out on his own and developed a vision with his partner, David. David: David has been a mechanic longer than he can remember. He's very comfortable swinging a wrench and he's been doing it since he was a kid. As co-owner of Dallas Chop Shop, David has a similar customer-service viewpoint as Matt's. "Getting the job done "right" the first time," says David, "keeps the customer happy and our costs down." Everyone's a winner with that approach. |
